Patricia Ann "Pat" Driggers, 73, died March 15, 2006, at Hospice House, Hutchinson.
She was born Aug. 20, 1932, in St. Joseph, Mo., the daughter of Charles and Gladys Neff Carlson. She was a 1950 graduate of Central High School, St. Joseph, Mo., and attended St. Joseph Junior College. A resident of Hutchinson since 1966, she was a clothing buyer for Pegues and a specialty gift sales representative most recently with Rachelle and Associates of Kansas City.
On April 4, 1953, she married W. Carl Driggers in St. Joseph, Mo. He died April 7, 2003.
Survivors include: three daughters, Lisa Howe and husband, Felix, Dorsi Kienzle, all of Hutchinson, and Dawn Schnelle and husband, Bruce, Highlands Ranch, Colo.; a brother, Don Carlson and wife, Dru, Punta Gorda, Fla.; two sister-in-laws, Bonnie Driggers, Liberty, Mo., and Nancy Carlson, Nipomo, Calif.; grandchildren, Kori and Greg Martin, Parker McAllister, Jerry Bullock, Philip Howe and Matt Schnelle; and great-grandchildren, Cody and Abbie Martin and Brakelle Bullock.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Carlson.
A memorial gathering celebrating her life will be at a later date. Cremation has taken place. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the mortuary. Inurnment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson.
