NICKERSON – Patricia L. "Patty" Brown, 61, died June 23, 2014, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born May 1, 1953, in Corydon, Ind., the daughter of Carl James and Dolores Louise (Vincent) Stutesman.

Patty was a homemaker and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. On June 16, 2001, she married Burl W. "Butch" Brown in Nickerson. He survives. Other survivors include: two children, Rebecca Ann Bridges, Michael Noss Hunt, both of Hutchinson; stepdaughter, Katie Unruh of Hutchinson; mother, Dolores Buskirk of Springfield, Tenn.; siblings, Ed Stutesman (Deb) of Pierre, SD, Martin Stutesman (Olivia) of Springfield, Tenn., Brad Stutesman (Sandi) of Pierre, SD, Mark Tauscher (Ivanito Maldonado) of Avondale, Ariz., Susan Poston (Patrick) of Hutchinson, Stephanie Tauscher Vincent of Gallatin, Tenn.; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.
