Patricia L. (McLane) Thompson, 65, died May 4, 2014, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born April 13, 1949, in Lambert, Iowa, the daughter of Marvin H. and Wilma M. (Wood) McLane.

She graduated from North Mercer High School, Mercer, Mo. in 1966. On May 19, 1988, she married Tony T. Thompson in Hutchinson. He died Aug. 7, 2011.

Other survivors include: a son, Dennis Bottelman and wife Nori of Hutchinson; two stepdaughters, Angela Crane and husband Scott of Kansas City, Mo., Kim Hebenstreit and husband Woody of Braselton, Ga.; and a very special niece, Kerri Toland and her family of Hutchinson; seven grandchildren, Olivia and Evan Bottelman, Emily and Faith Adams, Hunter, Haley and Haden Hebenstreit. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday, May 9, 2014, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with Pastor A.J. Wuthnow presiding. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at the mortuary. Graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2014, at the Evergreen Cemetery, Lineville, Iowa. Memorials may be made to Cancer Council of Reno County or Victory in the Valley, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
