Pauline Clough, 86, died Feb. 6, 2007, at Hospice House, Hutchinson.
She was born May 6, 1920, in Lost Springs, the daughter of Frederick and Fannie Peterson Baustian. She was a 1938, graduate of Lost Springs High School. A resident of Hutchinson since 1986, moving from the Lerado community, she was a homemaker and a nurses' aide for Kingman County Home Health, Kingman and Coffeyville Memorial Hospitals.
She belonged to Park Place Christian Church, Southwest Reno 4-H Club Leader, Rebekah Lodge, Larado and Wednesday morning hospice support group.
On Feb. 9, 1936, she married Fay L. Clough in Miami, Okla. He died Jan. 17, 1993.
Survivors include: three daughters, Karen Mohr and husband, Wes, Jackie Richardson and husband, Jim, and Kristy Zimmerman and husband, Mark, all of McPherson; three stepchildren, Doug Clough and wife, Jean, Chanute, Roger Clough, Arlington, Patricia Stout, Turon; 11 grandchildren, Sandy Bauman, Marty Althaus, Trudy Richardson, Curt Richardson, Polly True, Jerry Story, Ashley and Justin Spencer, Brandon and Bo Newberry and Alexis Zimmerman; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous step grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Debbie Willis; two stepsons, Victor and Tom Clough; three brothers, Sidney, Bernard and Buell Baustian; and two sisters, Phoebe Palmer and Evelyn Lane.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Park Place Christian Church, Fellowship Hall, Hutchinson, with Pastor Kim Biery presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Larado Cemetery.
