Peg Wesley Harney's Obituary
Peg Wesley Harney, 92, died Dec. 7, 2011, at Hester Care Center, Hutchinson. She was born Feb. 27, 1919, in Ashland, Ohio, to Henry Evan and Marguerite Spreng Garden.
On April 8, 1939, she married C. Milton Wesley in Hutchinson. He died Feb. 27, 1989.
On Sept. 18, 1990, she married Thomas A. Harney in Chicago. He died Jan. 5, 2006. Peg is survived by: sons, Bill Wesley of Los Angeles, Calif. and Richard Wesley of Los Angeles, Calif.; sister, Beverly Kelly of Overland Park; grandson, Eric Wesley; stepson, Thomas W. Harney; nephew, David Colburn; niece, Nancy Colburn. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Wesley and sister, Pauline.
Memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, March 31, 2012, at Wesley Towers Chapel, with Reverend Robert Brooks officiating. A private family inurnment will take place. Friends may sign the book from 1 to 9 p.m. Friday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Memorials may be made to Wesley Towers General Endowment Fund, in care of the mortuary.
