Penny A. Martin-Mulligan, 53, died December 26, 2012, at her home in Ellinwood. She was born April 10, 1959, in Hutchinson, to Billy and Sharon (Stout) Martin. Penny enjoyed crafts, art, and crocheting.

She is survived by: son, Benny Mulligan of Great Bend; daughter, Jessica Martin of South Hutchinson; five grandchildren; parents, Sharon and Elmer Cochran of Burden; sister, Vickie (Martin) Hull of Lawrence; and two uncles.

Penny was preceded in death by a sister, Nichola Lynn Martin-Greer, and an uncle, Jack Stout.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 5, 2012, at Fairlawn Mausoleum, with Pastor Kenny Graham, Sr. officiating. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday. Memorials may be made to the Penny Mulligan Memorial Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
