Phyllis Lenora Ross, 86, died March 8, 2014, at Hospice House. She was born May 14, 1927, in Milan, to Merton and Mary (Wilkins) Paisley.

Phyllis graduated from Milan High School. She was a member of New Covenant Presbyterian Church. On Jan. 16, 1948, she married Donald L. Ross in Milan. He died Dec. 14, 2013. She is survived by daughters, Connie Link of Wichita, Cindy Vincent and husband Gary of Hutchinson; grandchildren, Whitney Gleason, Ryan Gleason, both of Wichita, Andrew Vincent and wife Kristine, Amy Garcia and husband Corey, both of Hutchinson; great-grandsons, Alex and Chase Garcia. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Helen Phillippi, Clara Mears; brothers, Calvin and Kenneth Paisley.

A private family service will be held at a later date. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Burial will be in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson. Memorials may be made to Hospice House, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
