Phyllis A. Rowland, 72, died Feb. 9, 2007, at the Good Samaritan Center.
She was born Jan. 16, 1935, in Geneseo, the daughter of Marion and Lois E. Rusk Buckbee. A longtime resident of Hutchinson, she was a bakery worker at Dillon's.
She belonged to Crossroads Christian Church.
In October 1951, she married Adrian Blasé, in Hutchinson. He died April 8, 1958. In 1960, she married Edwin Meisenheimer. They divorced. In 1986, she married Gerald E. Rowland, in Hutchinson. He died in 1993.
Survivors include: a son, Mike Blasé, St. Louis; three daughters, Judy Smoldt, Kansas City, Mo., Luann Summers, Hutchinson, and Eva Chadbourne, Moose Lake, Minn.; a sister, Charline Dempsey, Hutchinson; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson, with Pastor Wayne Pittman presiding. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to noon Monday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, with the family present from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
