Ralph E. Gresham, 78, died Aug. 20, 2014, at Dillon Living Center, Hutchinson. He was born April 25, 1936, in Hutchinson, to Gerald C. and Delores D. (Duncan) Gresham.
Ralph was a foundry man at Hutchinson Foundry and later started his own business, Ralph's Mechanic Repair. He helped start the Salt City Car Group and enjoyed playing bunco and bingo at Elmdale 50-plus Center.
Ralph married Robin Ann Bright on Feb. 14, 1997, in Hutchinson.
Survivors include: his wife; sons, Ralph Gresham Jr. of Stockton, Calif., Richard Gresham, Randall Gresham, Russell Gresham, all of Wichita; daughter, Robin Garcia of Hutchinson; stepson, Dr. Jeremy Landry of Shawnee, Kan.; two step grandchildren, Brecken Lee and Kinslee Lynnell Landry, both of Shawnee, Kan.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; mother in law, Charlotte Bright of Hutchinson; two sisters, Nancy Hogan of Kansas City, Mo., and Diane Botello of Temecula, Calif. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Geraldine Wilbanks.
Cremation has taken place. No services are planned at this time. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
