KANNAPOLIS, N.C. - Ramon Antonio "Ray" Webster, 41, died October 12, 2009, in Kannapolis, N.C. He was born May 8, 1968, in Caracus, Venezuela, to Jon and Nelly Webster.
He had previously lived in Hutchinson and Denver.

He had attended Buhler Schools and was a 1987 graduate of Hutchinson High School. He had served one term in the U.S. Navy.

Survivors include: his mother, Nelly, Fredrick, Md.; a brother, Jon Webster and wife, Penny, Concord, N.C.; a sister, Jannou Jaxtheimer and husband, Bill, Fairfield, Iowa; uncles, Ron Gingerich, and Don and Chris Webster; aunts, Jacque Gingerich, Jenny Gingerich, Nancy Webster and Debbie Webster; a niece and nephew; and many cousins and extended family in the Hutchinson area who loved him dearly.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held in Hutchinson at a later date. Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, is in charge of arrangements
