Leslie "Randal" Baugh was born August 29, 1950, in Hutchinson, to two loving parents, Harold and Phyllis Baugh. He passed away on September 8, 2022, at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita.

Randal was raised in Hutchinson and graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1968. He attended Hutchinson Community College.  Randal served his country in the Navy during the Vietnam War in 1971. He began his career as a truck driver for Krause Plow (formerly) for over 25 years. Randal retired from driving in 2020, after several years as an independent contractor. He was known and loved for his quick wit, infectious smile, strong work ethic, and love for his family. Randal loved spending time with his loved ones and talking about sports and life.

He raised three sons with Sheri Lynn: Jason, Marques, and DeAndre Baugh.

Randal is survived by: his children, Jason, Marques, and Deandre Baugh; brothers, Ricky and Roger; sister, Roxanne; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews; and countless lifelong friends.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; a sister, Ruth; and nephews, Xavier and Todd Baugh.

His legacy will be carried on by his 5 loving grandchildren who loved their papa very much.

His life will be celebrated and honored at 11 a.m. Friday, September 16, 2022, at Elliott Mortuary.  Military honors will be conducted by the United States Navy Honor Guard.  Celebration of life to follow at the Homebuilder's Shelter in Carey Park.  Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2022, at Elliott Mortuary.  The casket will remain closed.  Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Fairlawn Burial Park.
