Ray Dean Geffert, 68, of Haven, died December 6, 2021, at his home. He was born January 13, 1953, in Haven, to William and Nelda (Bogner) Geffert.

Ray graduated from Haven High School in 1971 and Hutchinson Vocational Technical School in 1972. He was an automotive mechanic for 40 years, working for Finnin-Eck Ford, Finnin Ford, and Jeff O'Neil Ford and Midwest Superstore. Ray enjoyed hunting, boating, camping, and shooting.

He is survived by: daughters, Christina Taylor (Alan), Valley Center, Sondra Knox, Ozawkie; grandchildren, Caitlyn Taylor, Valley Center, Austin, Cooper, and Charlee Knox, Ozawkie; sisters, Nathalie Makenzie (Tim), Wichita and Corlis Anderson (Ian), Canada.

Ray was preceded in death by his parents.

Per Ray's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.
