Rayma M. Duren, 86, died Feb. 12, 2013, at Thorne Care Center. She was born July 29, 1926, in Pierce, Mo., to James Allen and Rebecca Amanda (Schockey) Cogzill.

Rayma attended Sherman High School. She worked for Bond Bakery, Meridian Creamery, and Monarch Egg Plant. She was a member of CrossPoint Church Westbrook Campus.

On June 2, 1946, she married Robert A. Duren in Hutchinson. He died Dec. 5, 2010.

Survivors include: siblings, Allen Cogzill Jr., Donald Cogzill and wife Judy, Wanda West and husband Jim, Gene Atcherson and wife Marjorie, Joan Beeson Sangster and husband Wayne; brother-in-law, Frank Davies; sister-in-law, Frances Davies; many loving and caring nieces, nephews, family and friends. Rayma was preceded in death by: parents; infant son, Robert Lee Duren; sister, Alveda Cogzill; brother, Richard Cogzill; sister-in-law, Patricia Davies; brother-in-law, Norwood Davies.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, with Pastor Karen Dalke officiating. Burial will be in Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday with family to receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
