Raymond L. Furstenberg's Obituary
CASTLETON - Raymond L. Furstenberg, 81, died Jan. 12, 2013, at Meadowlark Adult Care Home.
He was born Feb. 18, 1931, in Castleton on the family farm, to Benjamin C. and Myrtle A. (Evert) Furstenberg.
Raymond was a retired farmer and implement dealer. He is survived by: sister, Dorothy Trimmell of Castleton and several nieces and nephews.
Raymond was preceded in death by: his parents; brothers, Charles and Robert Furstenberg; and sister, Mary Bauer.
Funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013, at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, with Pastor Wayne Trimmell officiating. Burial will be in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
Memorials may be made to Rivercross Hospice, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
