Rebecca Gail Kerwood's Obituary
BURRTON - Becky Kerwood, 56, died Feb. 10, 2010, at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson.
She was born March 22, 1953, in Sterling, to Joseph Edward and Lenora Emma Burch Kensley.
She was a CNA with All Saints Home Care, Valley Center. She was a member of Grace Christian Fellowship, Secret Sisters and Ladies Fellowship both of the church. She was an avid bowler.
On Oct. 5, 1979, she married Jerry T. Kerwood in Hutchinson. He survives.
Other survivors include: daughter, Carolyn Anderson and husband Marvin, Newton; her mother, Lenora Owens, Hutchinson; a brother, Tom Kensley, Hutchinson; sisters, Etta Howard, Hutchinson, and Norma Buck, Andover; two grandsons, Christopher and Jonathan Bartley; beloved dogs, Coco and Chips, and numerous nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010, at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, with Pastor Darryl Peterson officiating. Friends may call from noon to service time Tuesday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Wildmead Cemetery, Nickerson.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of Elliott Mortuary.
