Reta Ann 'Ann' Miller, 86, of Hutchinson, formerly of Abbyville, died October 29, 2018, at Hospice House, Hutchinson. She was born June 28, 1932, in Elkhart, Kansas, the daughter of Harold W. and Ethel M. (McRevey) Shuff.

Ann graduated from Plevna High School. In addition to being a homemaker and bookkeeper for the family farm, she worked as a secretary at Boeing in Wichita for a time and also as an operator for Bell Telephone. Ann enjoyed quilting.

On October 11, 1959, she married James Franklin Miller in Plevna. He died December 4, 2017. Ann is survived by: sister, Irene Mershon of San Diego, CA; sister-in-law, Eva Brennan (Charles) of Colorado Springs, CO; brothers-in-law, Delbert Miller (Carol Tepe) of Dodge City and Edward Miller (Sharon) of Wichita; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: her parents; sister, Sharon Martin; and brother, Harold Shuff Jr.

Graveside service was held at Abbyville Cemetery.
