Richard "Ric" Glen Ellison II died July 3, 2023, at Salina, KS.  He was born April 6, 1976, in Pasadena, TX, to Richard Glen and Mary Jane (McKeown) Ellison.

Ric graduated from Houston Learning Academy, Houston, TX, in 1994.  He served for four years in the United States Coast Guard.

On May 3, 2003, Ric married Kelli Flynt in Houston.  They shared  20 years of marriage.

Ric is survived by: Kelli Ellison of Galveston, TX; daughter, Michaela (Adam) Joyce of Manhattan, KS; son, Reef Ellison of Waco, TX; sister Chelsea (Andrew) Katz of Raleigh, NC; father, Steve Lyons (Dr. Nancy Williams) of Tulsa; and numerous extended family members.

He was preceded in death by: his mother Mary Jane McKeown Lyons; and father Richard Ellison.

Cremation has taken place.  Burial at sea will take place at a later date.
