Richard "Dick" Lee Stacey Fors, 81, died Oct. 20, 2016, at Hester Care Center, Wesley Towers, Hutchinson. He was born July 25, 1935, in Hutchinson, to Kenneth Lawrence and Anita Jean (McDaniel) Fors.

He attended Hutchinson High School, graduating in 1953, and was in the National Guard. Richard was the parts manager for Laird Noller Dealership, Hutchinson.

On Oct. 9, 1954, Richard married Patsy Ruth Helm in Hutchinson. She survives. Other survivors include: sons, Nathan Fors and wife Barbara Hall of Kansas City, Mo., Steven Fors of Arlington, Stacey Fors and wife Brenna Erickson of Kansas City, Mo., and Daniel Fors of Kansas City, Mo.; grandchildren, Ethan Fors (Corrin), Derek Fors (Connie), Reade Fors, Paige Fors (Annie), and Nash Fors (Michala); great-grandchildren, Chad Uresti, Spencer Fors, Charlotte Fors, and Kolton Robbins. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2016, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with Pastor Keith Dellenbach presiding. Burial will follow in Lerado Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday, with the family to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Elliott Mortuary.
