Richard Eugene 'Rick' White, 65, died November 1, 2018, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. He was born October 11, 1953, in Carbondale, Illinois, the son of Arthur L. 'Art' and Betty J. (Wantland) White. Rick graduated from Hutchinson High School and worked at a variety of jobs, including managing movie theaters in Hutchinson, McPherson, Manhattan, Kansas, North Platte, NE, and Illinois. He also worked as a plumber in Rock Springs, Wyoming, and for the railroad and Hutchinson Correctional Facility. He retired from industrial power transmission sales at Murdock Supply, Hutchinson. He loved fishing and attending NHRA races at Heartland Park, Topeka.

Rick is survived by: sons, Leon White (Jill) and Marty White (Jessica) all of Hutchinson; grandchildren, Carson, Camryn, Maelea, Maxx, and Jax White; brothers, Larry White (Chloie) and Don White (Faye), all of Hutchinson; nephew, Scott White (Sarah) of North Platte, NE; great-nieces, Alli and Collins White; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ivan 'Van' White.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Monday, November 5, 2018, at Elliott Chapel. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Elliott Mortuary.
