Richard Dale Spencer, 71, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on February 18, 2016. He was born February 4, 1945, in Jefferson City, MO, to Rexie W. and Janie A. (Boak) Spencer. Richard retired in 2010 from U.S.D. 308 as a locksmith after 20 years.

Richard is survived by: children, Steven Spencer and wife Ronda of Houston, TX, Jon Spencer and wife Brenda of South Hutchinson, Robin Rollins and husband Dan of Elks City, OK, Cassandra Spencer of Hutchinson; sisters, Mabel Bledsoe, Anna Lou Marcum and husband Ron, all of Hutchinson; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and beloved dog, Maggie.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, 2 brothers, and 3 sisters.

Cremation has taken place. Private family services will be held.
Friends may sign the book 9-5 today through Friday at Elliott Mortuary.
