Rick (Ricky) W. West, 57, died Monday, June 20, 2016, at his home. He was born Dec. 13, 1958, in Hutchinson to Albert and Virginia (DeWater) West. Rick was a member of the Full Gospel Church. Rick graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1977.

He married Glenna Sue Hoyt on Dec. 18, 1993. She survives. Other survivors include: sons, Justin Dunlap (Julia) of Hutchinson, Jarrod West (Sheila) of Valley Center, Charles West (Heather) of Washington state; daughter Erica Walters of Inman; brother, Leland West (Rita) of Wichita; sisters, Brenda West of Hutchinson, Juanita Lowery (Chuck) of Hutchinson, Sheryl McMillan (Pete Ramos) of Colorado; numerous grandchildren, great-granchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Virginia West; brother, Everett West; sister, Gladys West; niece Nicole West; nephew, Timothy West.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial services are pending with Elliott Mortuary.
