Ricky W. "Rick" Wallace, 62, formerly of Hutchinson, died November 29, 2024, in Bellmont, TX. He was born May 24, 1962, at Grace Hospital, Hutchinson, to Betty J. (Palmer) Pinkston and Richard W. Wallace.

Despite the adversities he faced, Rick always found a way to appreciate life and be his unique self. He enjoyed fishing at Fall River and in Harvey County. Ricky loved to live off the land and camp, he was the happiest being outside in nature with his dog, Bo.

Rick is survived by: mother, Betty (Jesse) Pinkston of Hutchinson; son, Ben (Cori) Wallace of Nickerson; grandchildren, Alex, Cit, Gabriel, Norah-Grace, Annalise; sisters, Bonnie Vigil of Hutchinson, Sheri (Steve) Michaels of Enid, OK, Donna (Reyes) Tamayo of Chino, CA; brother, Jesse (Marilyn) Pinkston Jr. of Hutchinson; 16 nieces and nephews; uncle, Leroy Wallace of Hutchinson; and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by: his father, Richard W. Wallace; brother, Danny Pinkston; niece, Kendra Tamayo; uncles, Tommy and Vernon Wallace; and beloved dog, Bo.

Memorial service will be 2:30 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2025, at Full Gospel Church, 414 E. Avenue G. Burial will be held in the summer of 2025. Cremation has taken place.
