McPHERSON - Ricky Alan Vollnogel Sr., 52, died January 11, 2013, at his home in McPherson. He was born December 18, 1960, in Oceanside, CA, to Allen Ansel and Patsy Jane (Mitchell) Vollnogel. Ricky was an Account Executive at Portfolio Recovery Associates in Hutchinson.

He is survived by: his fiancée, Tracy LaGreca, of the home; four children, Ricky Vollnogel Jr. (Megan Kennard), Hutchinson, Julie Vollnogel (Aaron Dennett), McPherson, Andrew Mitchell Vollnogel (Brandi Vollnogel) and their daughter, Rhiannon, Buhler, and John Vollnogel, Hutchinson; his children's mother, Kathy Vollnogel, Hutchinson; brother, Steve Vollnogel (Juanita), Hutchinson; two sisters, Michelle Huesner and Vicki Vollnogel-Rowland, both of Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.

Ricky was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Patsy and Dean Kimball; his father, Allen Vollnogel; and a nephew, James Vollnogel.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 17, 2013, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with Pastor Matt Stafford officiating. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Wednesday with the family to receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
