Robert Benjamin 'Bob' Heide, 82, passed on to be in his forever home with his eternal Father on April 29, 2019, from a heart attack at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. Bob was born January 13, 1937, in Mountain Lake, MN, the son of Peter and Nellie (Epp) Heide. He graduated from Mountain Lake High School and attended Bible college for one year. Bob worked as a carpenter for many years. He was a member of Grace Bible Church, Hutchinson.

On March 21, 1959, Bob married Norma J. Harder in McPherson. They shared 60 years of marriage. She survives.

Also surviving are: sons: Eugene Heide (Ellie), Keith Heide (Angela) and Galen Heide (Pamela), all of Hutchinson; nine grandchildren and their spouses; seven step grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; seven step great-grandchildren; brothers, Darrel Heide (Susan), San Bernardino, CA, Donavan Heide (Janice), Tucson, AZ, Jerry Heide (Kathy), Colorado Springs, CO; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; brother, Marvin Heide; and sister, Lavina Wall.

Burial will be 9 a.m. Saturday, May 4, 2019, at North Inman Cemetery, Inman, followed by a memorial service at 10:30 a.m. at Grace Bible Church, 1221 E. 33 ^rd Ave., Hutchinson. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, with the family present to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, at Elliott Mortuary.
