Robert K. "Bob" Brown, 71, died April 3, 2016, at his home in Hutchinson. He was born Nov. 27, 1944, in Fort Scott, to Charles R. and Dorothy (Calame) Brown. Bob graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1962, attended college and served in the Army National Guard. Bob was an avid hunter and loved riding motorcycles. He profoundly loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Bob is survived by: children, Christopher Brown and wife Lezlee of Wichita, Robert "Rob" Brown of Wichita, Michael "Mike" Brown and wife Wendy of Hutchinson; brother, Steve Brown and wife Susan of Hutchinson; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has taken place. Private graveside service will be held. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, with the family to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2016, at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
