Robert L. "Rob" Cousins, 53, died Oct. 13, 2005, at his home, Hutchinson.

He was born April 28, 1952, in Guthrie, Okla., the son of Glen W. Cousins and Joan Ramella Revel. He graduated from Lyons High School. A resident of Hutchinson since 1978, he was a process operator for North American Salt for 17 years.

He belonged to Countryside Baptist Church and was a former member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Lyons.

On Aug. 21, 1971, he married Brenda Manwarren at Lyons. She survives.

Other survivors include: their children, Elizabeth Garcia and her husband Ruben, Farmington Hills, Mich., and Ryan and his wife Amber, Shawnee; his father, Robert Kizzar, Weatherford, Texas; his adoptive father, Glen Cousins and his wife Carol, Greenville, Texas; three brothers, Robin Kizzar, Portland, Ore., Ben Cousins, Hutchinson, and Wesley Cousins, Texas; three sisters, Mary Pinkston, Arkansas, Marsha Cousins, Greenville, Texas, and Joann Drummond, Hutchinson; grandparents, Wilbur Revel and Dale and Ruth Manwarren, Hutchinson; and a granddaughter, Isabella Grace Garcia.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joan; and grandmother June Revel.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Countryside Baptist Church, 819 West 30th, Hutchinson, with Pastor Destry M. Cowell presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Graveside service will be at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in Lyons Cemetery.
