Robert 'Bob' Lee Vincent, 76, of Hutchinson, passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday, August 12, 2018, in Omaha, Nebraska. He was born June 3, 1942, in Wichita, the son of Lloyd L. and Waneta (Chiles) Vincent.

Bob spent his childhood in Abbyville, KS, later moving to Hutchinson, where he lived until moving to Omaha, Nebraska in 2013. He was a 1960 graduate of Hutchinson High School and attended Hutchinson Community College. He served on the board and was a member of the Lions Club, Sky Ryders Drum & Bugle Corps, and the Opticians Association of Kansas for many years. He owned The Eyewear Shoppe, Hutchinson, and Hertzler Clinic Optical in Halstead. Bob enjoyed driving and showing his 1946 Ford Coupe and was a member of the Mid State Street Rods car club in Hutchinson.

Bob is survived by: his children, Rhonda Miller (Brian) of Omaha, NE, Darren Vincent (Marta Herrera) of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Staci Wade (Chris) of Omaha, NE; grandchildren, Lindsay, Reece, RJ, Mekenzie, Cameron, Allyson and Sophia; sister, Sherril Becker ( Darrel) of Nixa, MO; and former wife, Deanna Vincent of Hutchinson. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, August 18, 2018, at Elliott Chapel. Inurnment will be at a later date in Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, with family present Saturday from 1 p.m. to service time at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
