Robert R. Stringfellow, 55, died Oct. 17, 2012, at his home in Hutchinson. He was born July 20, 1957, in Wichita, Kan., the son of Floyd R. and Lavina (Rausch) Stringfellow.

He graduated from Pratt High School in 1976, Pratt Community College in 1982 and 2004 in Colorado for his Drug and Alcohol Counseling degree. He was a Drug and Alcohol Counselor in Colorado.

He is survived by: his wife, Becky Stringfellow of Hutchinson; three children, Bobby Stringfellow and wife Sarah, Kris Stringfellow, and Josh Stringfellow, all of Hutchinson; father, Floyd R. Stringfellow of Hutchinson; four siblings, Ryan Stringfellow and wife Shonna of Wichita, Rene Thompson and husband Roland, Russell Stringfellow and wife Jennifer, Rachelle Schrag and husband Adam, all of Hutchinson; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lavina Stringfellow.

Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at Elliott Chapel with Father Ned J. Blick presiding. Cremation has taken place. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday. Burial will be in St. Boniface Cemetery, Sharon, Kan.
