Robert Harry Warrington, 75, died June 4, 2014, at Hospice House in Hutchinson. He was born March 25, 1939, on the Donavan Ranch in Barber County, KS to Harry and Elinor Pauline (Coggins) Warrington. He was baptized at Kiowa United Methodist Church. He graduated from Kiowa High School in 1958.
Robert worked at Cessna and retired from TSW in Hutchinson. He was also a carpenter/craftsman. He belonged to the Radical Car Club.
Survivors include: daughter, Julie Warrington Kendrick, Tomball, Texas; two sons, Todd Warrington and wife Mary Jane, Kiowa, and Thomas Warrington, Hutchinson; three brothers, Monte Warrington and wife Connie, Hutchinson, Ron Warrington and wife Cathy, Howard, KS, and Jerry Warrington and wife Annette, Hutchinson; sister, Ruth Hawkins and husband Jeff, Wichita; and four grandchildren, Brandon Beat and Cassidy Fagan, both of Tomball, Texas, and Taylor and Morgan Warrington, Altus, Okla. He had many nieces, nephews and cousins he enjoyed spending time with.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Carol Weidkamp; and four brothers, Don, Russell, Larry and David Warrington.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 14, 2014, in Hardtner Cemetery, with Connie Warrington officiating. Friends may sign Robert's book Monday through Thursday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
