Ron D. Childs' Obituary
Ron D. Childs, 64, died July 13, 2007, at Prairie Sunset Home, Pretty Prairie.
He was born May 5, 1943, in Hutchinson, the son of Kenneth E. and Anna Smith Childs. A longtime Hutchinson resident, he was a cook for Bernard's Restaurant.
Survivors include: two sons, Mike D., Hutchinson, and Mark A., Newton; a sister, Betty Charter, Hutchinson; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Childs; and a sister, Carol Beshears.
Cremation has taken place. Private family services will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be sent to the Hutchinson Humane Society, in care of Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
