Ronald A. "Rok" Davis, 50, died Feb. 27, 2016, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita. He was born April 12, 1965, in Hutchinson, to Francis "Frank" and Deloris (John) Davis.

Ron was an outdoorsy guy who enjoyed fishing and target shooting.

He is survived by: mother, Deloris Lofland; son, Wyatt Davis; brother, Eddie Davis; grandmother, Marjorie Loughridge; and companion, Shelly Friesen; her children, Mason Taylor and Jayce Friesen, all of Hutchinson. Ron was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2016, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with the Reverend Dr. Kim Biery officiating. Burial will follow in Eastside Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with family to receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary.
