Ronald 'Ron' Eugene Miller, 58, passed away August 24, 2021, at his brother's residence in Hutchinson.  He was born October 11, 1962, in Hutchinson, to Harold and Florence A. (Hamby) Miller.

Ron served in the United States Army and the Kansas National Guard.  He enjoyed fishing, drawing, art, cars, and collecting anything and everything.  Ron was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan.  He always had a wonderful disposition and great spirit.  Even though Ron was going through a very difficult time physically, he never complained and battled until the very end.

On March 11, 1980, he married Sandra Lynn Starks, in Hutchinson.  They shared over 41 years of marriage.

Ron is survived by: wife, Sandy Miller of Hutchinson; children, Crystal Braxton of Lyons, Dustin Miller of Hutchinson, and Markia Miller of Hutchinson; mother, Florence A. Thorington of Hutchinson; siblings, Debbie Rockhill of Hutchinson, Kathy Herzberg of Wichita, Jeff Miller of Hutchinson, and David Miller of Kimberling City, MO; and grandsons, Lessigh Eugene Braxton and Izaeah Laron Braxton of Hutchinson.

He was preceded in death by:  his father, Harold Miller; stepfather, Vernon Thorington; maternal grandparents; and paternal grandparents.

Cremation has taken place.  Celebration of Life gathering will be scheduled at a later date.
