Obituary

SOUTH HUTCHINSON - Ronald Dean "Noss" Hunt, 63, died Oct. 13, 2009, at Hospice House.

He was born Sept. 11, 1946, in Hutchinson, the son of Cletis B. and Gladys M. Lee Hunt.

He was a 1965 graduate of Buhler High School, Buhler. He was a disabled veteran, having served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam conflict.

Survivors include: sons, Ronnie Lee, Portland, Ore., and Michael Noss, Hutchinson; daughter, Rebecca Ann Bridges, Hutchinson; sisters, Cleta Ellington and Connie Pohlman, both of Hutchinson; 14 grandchildren; and companion, Judy Wyatt, of the home.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Ethel Mae Powell.

Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson, with Pastor Nick Huck presiding. Military rites will be conducted by Fort Riley Honor Guard. Cremation has taken place. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and Thursday at the mortuary.
