Rosa Mary Moore Fuson, 88, died Aug. 14, 2013, at Hospice House. She was born Feb. 11, 1925, in Hutchinson, to George Sr. and Clara (Ziegler) Foster.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and Soroptimist International. On June 27, 1948, she married Robert A. Moore in Hutchinson. He died Dec. 13, 1979. On Dec. 27, 1986, she married Kenneth G. Fuson in Wichita. He died May 13, 2005. She was the Reno County Register of Deeds for 22 years and was County Commissioner for four years.

Survivors include: two sons, Larry Moore and wife Mary Ellen and David Moore and wife Barbara, all of Hutchinson; daughter-in-law, Ellen Moore of Wichita; four grandchildren, Alexis, Matthew, Alosha and Masha Moore; two stepchildren, Greg Fuson and Sandy Weber of Wichita; six step grandchildren; 10 step great-grandchildren. Rosa Mary was preceded in death by her husbands; son, Dennis Moore; and two brothers, Edwin and George Foster Jr.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with Pastor Amy Foster officiating. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to service time Saturday at Elliott Mortuary. Private inurnment will be at a later date in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson.
