Obituary

Rose Eisiminger, 88, of Hutchinson, died December 27, 2021, at Hutchinson Health & Rehab. She was born March 29, 1933, in Abbyville, to Carl and Josephine (Horton) Rank.

Rose graduated from Abbyville High School in 1951, where she played basketball and was a cheerleader. Rose was a homemaker who loved caring for her family and collecting angel and rose figurines, in addition to flower gardening. She was of the Methodist faith.

On August 24, 1952, Rose married Carl B. Eisiminger, in Hutchinson. They shared 69 years of marriage. He survives of the home.

Also surviving are: her children, Jennifer Byrum of Troup, TX, Valerie Eisiminger of Tyler, TX, Steve Eisiminger (Terri) of Hutchinson, Sharla Gunter (Tony Baca) of Bandon, OR; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Rank (Marion) of Abbyville; sister, Marlene John of Hutchinson; and numerous extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 8 brothers and sisters.

Cremation has taken place. Graveside service will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5905 W 4 th Ave., with the Reverend Jim Rhaesa officiating. Friends may sign her memorial book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday thru Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary.
