Rosemary Ojeda, 82, died October 19, 2022, at Good Samaritan Society – Hutchinson Village. She was born January 12, 1940, in Hutchinson, KS, to John F. and Elizabeth (Caudillo) Ojeda.

Rosemary attended school in Hutchinson and enjoyed babysitting. She loved God and faithfully attended Mass and prayer at the Adoration Chapel at St. Teresa Catholic Church. She enjoyed watching old television shows, such as Gunsmoke and I Love Lucy, listening to Mexican music, animals and children.

She is survived by: brother, Joseph "Tony" Ojeda and wife Linda; nephews, Schon and Chris Ojeda; nieces, Raquel Tyrell, Michelle and Dominique Ojeda.

Rosemary is preceded in death by: her parents, brothers, George, Richard and Johnny Ojeda; and infant sister, Juanita Ojeda.

Parish Rosary will be 10:00 a.m., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 24, 2022, both at St. Teresa Catholic Church, 211 E. 5 ^th Ave., Hutchinson, with Fr. Matt Glazier officiating. Burial will follow at Fairlawn Burial Park. The family is requesting that those attending wear pink as it was Rosemary's favorite color.

Friends may call Saturday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. with family present to receive friends Sunday from 3-5 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Teresa Catholic Church or Hutchinson Animal Shelter, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
