Roy Lee Kinast's Obituary
Roy Lee Kinast, 64, died Sept. 5, 2007 at his home in Hutchinson.
He was born Sept. 13, 1942, in Hinsdale, Ill., the son of Vernon Arnold and Georgia Ruth Harrell Kinast. A lifetime Hutchinson resident, he was an independent contract salesman.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
On Sept. 24, 1963, he married Judy Ann Abernathy in Miami, Okla. She survives.
Other survivors include: two sons, Kirk, Hutchinson and Troy, Joplin, MO; four daughters, Vonda Castillo, Council Grove, Joyann Heath, Nickerson, Aurdra Butler, Gypsum and Kimberly Heath, Hutchinson; his mother, Georgia, South Hutchinson; 20 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father; a brother Raymond; and a sister Mary Buhler.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Eastside Cemetery, Hutchinson with Wayne Pittman presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon Friday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Christian Soup Kitchen in care of the funeral home.
