Ruth Ann Bronson, 79, of Hutchinson, died December 30, 2020, at her home. She was born December 26, 1941, in Manhattan, KS, to Clarence and Lillian (Cole) Scott.

Ruth graduated from Manhattan High School and went on to vocational school to become a licensed practical nurse. She worked as a nurse in geriatric care. Ruth loved to watch home shopping channels. She would often buy the kitchen gadgets she saw there to try new ways of cooking.

On May 31, 1983, Ruth married Wilfred L. Bronson, in Hutchinson. They shared 37 years together.

Ruth is survived by: husband, Wilfred Bronson, Hutchinson; sons, Robert Falcone, Cedar Hill, MO, Dwain Ragsdale, Hutchinson,  James Ragsdale, Hutchinson,  Antonio Ragsdale, Hutchinson; daughter, Denise Loy, Hutchinson; sister, Honey Darlene Grant, Grandview Plaza; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; sister, Toni Gilda Coupeland; and grandson, Thorn Redger.

Cremation has taken place. There will be no services at this time.
