Ruth Darrah, 63, died Sept. 21, 2005, at Infinia in Hutchinson.
She was born Sept. 18, 1942, in Topeka, the daughter of Arthur Clarence and Lola May Worford Ham. She was a graduate of Topeka High School in 1960. A longtime Lyons resident, recently moving to Hutchinson, she was a homemaker.
She belonged to Lyons United Methodist Church.
On April 12, 1963, she married Arnold Willis Darrah. He survives.
Other survivors include: two sons, Jim Darrah, Hutchinson, Craig Darrah, Buffalo Grove, Ill.; a daughter, Wanita Johnson, Hutchinson; a brother, Joseph Ham, Topeka; a sister, Gladys Streeter, Vassar; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Clarence Eugene Ham, Gaylord Arthur Ham and Orval Edwin Ham.
Memorial Service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church of Lyons, with Pastor David Landis presiding. Cremation has taken place. Friends may sign the register from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Inurnment will be in Lyons City Cemetery.
