Scott Lane Dole, 53, died March 4, 2012, in Pasco County , Florida. He was born October 23, 1958, in Marion, Kansas, the son of James R. and Lola Jean Castleman Dole. Scott graduated from Trinity High School and later received his degree in Interior Design.

He is survived by: his father, James R. Dole and stepmother, Pam of Burrton; three brothers, Tony Dole of Goddard, Bradley Dole of Hutchinson, and James Scott Dole of Burrton; step-brother, Cliff Dole of Minnesota; stepsister, Heidi Dole of Hutchinson; six nieces and nephews; two step-nephews; and five great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lola Jean Dole and his grandparents.

There will be a private family service with burial in Burrton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Burrton Christian Church or TECH, Inc., in care of Elliott Mortuary.
