BUHLER - Steven J. Gilmore, 52, died Feb. 5, 2007.
He was born Feb. 21, 1954, in Hutchinson, the son of James H. and Helen L. Eldredge Gilmore. In 1972, he graduated from Nickerson High School. A lifetime Hutchinson resident, he was foreman for G&B Masonry Contractors.
He was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include: his mother; a sister, Christine Cook and husband, Herb, Hutchinson; a nephew, Jason D. Rose, Hutchinson.
He was preceded in death by his father, James H. Gilmore; and his grandparents.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with Chaplain Frederick J. Obold presiding. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. Friday, with family to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Burial will be in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson.
Memorials may be sent to the donor's choice, in care of the funeral home.
