Stuart S. Sanders' Obituary
Stuart S. Sanders, 55, died Sept. 17, 2006, at his mother's home, Hutchinson.
He was born Sept. 2, 1951, in Blackwell, Okla., the son of Stanley E. and Jeannine Nelson Sanders. He graduated from Buhler High School, attended Hutchinson Community College and graduated from Emporia State University.
He belonged to Grace Episcopal Church.
He was an officer of People First.
Survivors include: his father, Stanley E., Colby; his mother, Jeannine A. Rayl, Hutchinson; a brother, Curtis and wife, Diane, Hutchinson; two sisters, Susan Haines and husband, Fred, Colby, and Julie Ross and husband, Robb, Colby; eight nephews and nieces, Jennifer Reichert and husband, Eric, Jillian Miller and husband, Kevin, Lucas Haines and wife, Julisa, Jacob Haines and wife, Ashlee, Alex Haines, Riley Ross, Katie Ross and Kari Ross; and nine great-nephews and nieces.
Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Grace Episcopal Church, with Father Michael P. Milliken presiding. Friends may sign the register from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Private inurnment will be at a later date in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or Hospice of Reno County, both in care of the funeral home.
