Susan Kay Nelson, 77, died February 23, 2023, at Pleasant View Home of Inman, KS. She was born January 4, 1946, in Sioux City, IA, to Dale and Lorraine Nelson.

Susan graduated from Jefferson City High School and Mercy School of Nursing. She was a retired Registered Nurse from Lutheran Medical Center, now known as Exempla HealthCare, in Denver, Colorado.

She is survived by: son, Sean Leduc; daughter, Becky Carder; grandson, Skyler Carder; granddaughters, Sydnee and Sunny Carder; and a great-grandchild due in May 2023.

A service will be held at a later date in Colorado.
