Teresa L. Schinstock, 49, died Oct. 28, 2008 at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson.

She was born March 7, 1959, in Edwards County to Harold and Karen Huckstep Schinstock.

A resident of Hutchinson for the last ten years, coming from Satanta, she was the R.N. Director at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson. She was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church and the Promise Regional Medical Center representative in the Lions Club.

Survivors include: four sons Benjamin Smith, Satanta; Nicholas and wife Amanda Smith, Hutchinson, Titus and wife Grecia Smith, Johnson, Efrain and wife MeLisa Gonzalez, Olathe; daughter, Samantha and husband Shad Heglin, Ulysses; parents; brother Terrill Schinstock; sister, Tammy Castaneda; 8 grandchildren; aunt: Lola Sue Huckstep, Inman; 3 nephews; 1 niece; and a host of friends and coworkers.

She was preceded in death by a brother Anthony Schinstock and a sister Tracey Schinstock.

Funeral will be 11 a.m., Saturday, November 1, at Emanuel Lutheran Church with Pastor Tim Carey presiding. Burial will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Kinsley, with Chaplain Luanne Haddaway presiding.

Memorials may be made to the Nurses' Education Fund at Promise Regional Medical Center in care of Elliott Mortuary.
