Terry L. Whittier, 68, died February 17, 2024, at Hospice House in Hutchinson. He was born January 16, 1956, in DeSoto, MO, to David and Barbara Ellen (BeQuette) Whittier.

Terry graduated from DeSoto High School, DeSoto, MO. He was a simple man who enjoyed fishing, bowling, throwing back a cold one, and spending time with his family. He was a retired tree trimmer.

Terry is survived by: sons, Daniel and George Allan Whittier both of Normal, IL, and Michael (Erin) Whittier of Saybrook, IL; daughter, Windy Hull of Vandalia, MO; brothers, Tommia "Doc" (Peggy) and Dale (Jessica) Whittier of Sterling, KS, and Richard and David Whittier of Pueblo, CO; many grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has taken place. Memorials are suggested to Hospice House, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main St., Hutchinson, KS 67501.
