Theresa Beth Conner, 64, died February 12, 2016, at Hospice House. She was born December 31, 1951, in Rapid City, S.D., to Glenn J. and Carol (Denney) Mark. Beth graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1969. and attended Hutchinson Community College. She was a longtime caregiver and houseparent at an emergency children's shelter home. Beth loved animals, making jewelry, and cooking.

Beth is survived by: son, Ricky Conner and wife Tonya of South Hutchinson; mother, Carol Mark of Hutchinson; grandchildren, Tyler Etienne and husband Anthony, Jacob Conner, Aspyn Conner, and Jessi Conner, all of South Hutchinson; great-grandsons, Karson and Tucker Etienne, both of South Hutchinson; closest companion, Joe Withrow of Hutchinson; step-daughter, Dawn Ohman of Iowa; step-grandchildren, Alexia, John, Jacob, and Joseph; and beloved dog, MoGhra.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, February 19, 2016, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with the Reverend Jeff Slater officiating. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Thursday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
