Thomas Wesley Klassen, 78, of Hutchinson, died February 13, 2020, at his home.  He was born March 24, 1941, in Abilene, to Peter and Frances (Gadberry) Klassen.

On May 19, 1962, he married Teresa Savage in Lyons.  They shared over 57 years of marriage prior to his death.

Thomas is survived by:  his wife, Teresa Klassen; daughters, Faith Johnson, Kandy (Dave) McCutcheon, Shari Klassen, and Kelly Thomas; grandchildren, Brach Klassen, Brooklyn Klassen, Blake Klassen, Austin Setter, Trey Setter, Christopher Bruch, Sean Johnson, and Bret Thomas; ten great-grandchildren; one sister; and one brother.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation with family present will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, February 20, 2020, at First Church of the Nazarene, 4290 N. Monroe, Hutchinson.  Elliott Mortuary and Crematory, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501, is in charge of arrangements.
