Thomas Mitchell Lawrence, 58, died Oct. 30, 2015, at his home. He was born Feb. 10, 1957, in Dover, Delaware, to Nathan and Eunice (Dyson) Lawrence.

Thomas graduated from New Athens High School in Illinois in 1975. He enjoyed collecting guns and playing with his dogs and cat. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

He attended Believers Tabernacle, where he took part in many church activities.

Survivors include: daughter, Shannon Daesch (Kurt) and grandson, Tyler Hicks, all of Japan; sisters, Susan Colson (Mark), Nickerson, Patricia Cross (Trent), Illinois; brothers, Michael Lawrence (Carol), Lyons, Bill Lawrence (Kathy), Kansas; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two wives; and son, Joseph Lawrence.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at Believers Tabernacle, 1701 N. Main, Hutchinson, with Pastor Kendall Sheats officiating. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today through Friday at Elliott Mortuary.
