Thomas L. Woerz's Obituary
Thomas L. Woerz, 54, died Feb. 1, 2011, at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson.
He was born Oct. 20, 1956, in McPherson, Kan., the son of William W. and Evelyn Beck Woerz.
He moved to Hutchinson in 1959 and was a client at T.E.C.H. (Training and Evaluation Center of Hutchinson). Thomas was a member of Church of the Holy Cross.
He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Woerz of Hutchinson; brothers, David Woerz and girlfriend Sue McClanahan, Alan Woerz and wife Caryl all of Hutchinson, Mark Woerz and Chris Beyer of St. Louis, Mo.; nieces, Amanda Beals and husband Scott, Lisa Woerz, Cynthia Woerz and a great niece, Taylor Beals all of Hutchinson. He was preceded in death by his father.
Parish rosary will be 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, at Church of the Holy Cross with Funeral Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. with Father Joseph Eckberg presiding.
Friends may call 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday with family to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Elliott Mortuary.
Memorials may be made to the church or T.E.C.H. in care of Elliott Mortuary and Crematory, Hutchinson.
