Tillie Kathryn Miller, 78, died Jan. 6, 2012, at Hospice House, Hutchinson. She was born Jan. 29, 1933, in Conway Springs, Kan., the daughter of Jonas N. and Mary Ann (Yoder) Mullet. She was once the owner of the Yoder Café.
On March 4, 1951, she married Harley N. Miller in rural Haven. He died Feb. 8, 1999.
Survivors include: a daughter, Shirley Nelson and husband Ron of Yoder; two sons, Raymond Miller and wife Debora of Yoder, and Marion Miller and wife Brenda of Hutchinson; brother, Ervin Mullet; sister, Mary Metzler, both of Goshen, Ind.; nine grandchildren, Brian Nelson, Bradley Nelson, Aaron Nelson, Michael Nelson, Lindsay Young, Megan Law, Anthony Miller, Amy Stubbs and Abby Hamker; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Noah "Bud" Mullet, Enos "Pete" Mullet, and Henry Mullet; four sisters, Leta Yoder-Hodgkiss, Martha Yoder, Ida Mullet and Nina Ciot-Gimmey.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, at Journey @ Yoder, Yoder, Kan. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Journey @Yoder. Burial will be in Yoder Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Victory in the Valley or Hospice of Reno County, in care of the mortuary.
